Dr. D'Addio in surgery
Vascular surgery is a specialized surgical practice that focuses on the treatment of vascular diseases of both the arterial and venous systems of the human body. Our two surgeons, Drs. D’Addio and Koenig, have completed additional specialized fellowship training programs in vascular surgery following the completion of a general surgery training program. They work side by side with the interventional radiologists of our practice to provide a comprehensive vascular medicine service that offers both minimally invasive endovascular therapies to more traditional surgical procedures such as surgical aortic repair and vascular bypass. Recently trained and always on the cutting edge, our vascular surgeons are credentialed in the more recent therapies including endovascular repair of aortic aneurysms and stenting of carotid stenosis.
Both Drs. D’Addio and Koenig operate at Stafford Hospital Center, Mary Washington Hospital, and Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Their outpatient offices and wound healing clinic are located at the VIVA facility at 10401 Spotsylvania Avenue, Suite 203, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
