When Dr. Karam was a child, he had a medical condition that was sometimes challenging to deal with. “That challenge pushed me towards medicine. I wanted to be a physician so I could help people struggling with conditions that were more serious, “ said Dr. Karam. His interest in human anatomy and biology continued to grow during his childhood years, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in medicine.

Dr. Karam completed his undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, and earned his medical degree from the same institution. His radiology residency was completed at Texas Tech University and his neuroradiology fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Karam is currently single. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, hiking and cooking.
